Touching on the immeasurable successes of his two terms in office, popular outgoing New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu delivered his final State of the City address to an enthusiastic crowd of his closest friends, family, mistresses, illegitimate children, donors, and members of the Democratic National Committee.
