One of the NFL’s most heated and oldest rivalries just got hotter ahead of Sunday’s pivotal match-up between the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints.
According to ESPN, Falcons head coach Mike Smith sent Saints coach Sean Payton a heated text message late Friday afternoon.
Smith, who typically does not reveal his emotions, delivered some strong words to Payton as his team prepared to leave for New Orleans.
