Stunning the lawyers for former Destrehan High School English teacher Shelley Dufresne, on trial for having sex with a 16-year-old male student in 2014, new potential incriminating video evidence has surfaced that may critically damage their defense. The leaked video allegedly shows the student participating in and then bragging about the incident just after it occurred.
A law enforcement official close to the investigation, speaking on the condition of anonymity because his superior would be super pissed if he knew he was divulging information, has told Neutral Ground News that the Kenner Police Department is working to verify the authenticity of the video. If confirmed as real, it would provide prosecutors with a significant blow to the defense of Dufresne.
